From there, we will schedule a site visit to take accurate measurements, assess existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services, and discuss your vision before providing a detailed proposal.

5. How long does an interior fit-out or renovation project take?

Project timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the work. A minor residential upgrade may take a few weeks, while a comprehensive commercial fit-out or luxury villa renovation can take several months. After our initial site visit and design approval, we will provide a strict, transparent project schedule and handover date.

6. Do you coordinate with building management and landlords?

Yes. Working in Dubai often requires navigating specific building management rules, restricted working hours, and access permits. We handle all coordination with your building management or community developer (such as Emaar, Nakheel, or DAMAC) to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted workflow.

7. Do I need government approvals for my renovation or fit-out?

In Dubai, any structural changes, MEP modifications, or commercial fit-outs require approvals from the relevant authorities to ensure the work is completed safely and legally.

8. Do you handle the authority approval process?

Yes, we provide end-to-end approval services. Our in-house engineering and consultant team will prepare and submit all necessary drawings to secure approvals from Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), DEWA, and Trakhees. We handle the paperwork so you don’t have to.

9. How do you estimate the cost of a project?

We provide customized, itemized quotations based on the specific requirements of your project. Costs are determined by the size of the space, the complexity of the design, the quality of materials selected, and any required structural or MEP modifications.
