Welcome to RASHID & NOOR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C (“RN Tech Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (www.rntechservices.com) and the interior fit-out, renovation, construction, and technical services we provide.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Company Details: RASHID & NOOR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C is a legally registered entity in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating under License No. 826440 and Register No. 1392829.

1.2 Scope: These terms apply to all consultations, quotations, project executions, and maintenance services provided by RN Tech Services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

2. Services & Scope of Work

2.1 Service Descriptions: We provide turnkey interior fit-outs, villa and building renovations, structural construction, electromechanical (MEP) installations, government authority approvals, and general property maintenance.

2.2 Project Scope: The exact scope of work for any given project will be strictly defined in a formal Project Proposal, Quotation, or Contract signed by both parties. Any additional work requested outside this scope will be treated as a “Variation” and will incur additional costs and extended timelines.

3. Quotations, Pricing, and Payment Terms

3.1 Quotations: All estimates and quotations provided by RN Tech Services are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Pricing: Prices are based on the cost of materials, labor, and authority fees at the time of the quotation. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if material costs fluctuate significantly before a contract is signed.

3.3 Payment Milestones: Payment terms will be detailed in your specific project contract. Standard fit-out and construction projects typically require an advance mobilization payment, followed by milestone payments aligned with project progress, and a final payment upon handover.

3.4 Late Payments: Failure to meet payment milestones may result in an immediate suspension of works until outstanding balances are cleared.

4. Project Timelines & Delays

4.1 Schedules: We are committed to completing projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. An estimated project schedule will be provided upon contract signing.

4.2 Unforeseen Delays: RN Tech Services shall not be held liable for project delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to:

Delays in securing approvals from government authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
Late delivery of client-supplied materials.
Building management restrictions, denied access, or altered working hours.
Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

5. Authority Approvals & Compliance

5.1 Regulatory Standards: We execute all works in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the relevant Dubai authorities.

5.2 Approval Process: While RN Tech Services handles the preparation and submission of technical drawings for approvals (if included in the contract scope), the final decision, timeline, and associated regulatory fees remain at the sole discretion of the governing bodies (e.g., DEWA, Dubai Municipality).

5.3 Modifications: If authorities require design changes to grant approvals, we will coordinate with the Client to amend the plans accordingly.

6. Client Obligations

To ensure smooth project execution, the Client agrees to:

Provide timely, unrestricted access to the project site during agreed working hours.
Provide accurate property details, existing as-built drawings, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the landlord or developer if required.
Make timely decisions regarding design approvals and material selections to avoid project delays.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for a specified period (detailed in your final contract, typically ranging from 6 to 12 months from the date of handover), during which any defects arising from poor workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost.

7.2 Material Warranty: Warranties for third-party fixtures, appliances, air-conditioning units, and materials are subject to the original manufacturer’s terms. RN Tech Services does not independently warrant manufactured goods.

7.3 Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, unauthorized third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear after the project handover.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, RN Tech Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the services provided.

8.2 Our total maximum liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on www.rntechservices.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and project portfolios, is the exclusive property of RASHID & NOOR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C and is protected by copyright laws.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination and Cancellation

10.1 Either party may terminate a project contract in writing if the other party breaches a material term and fails to rectify it within a stipulated notice period.

10.2 If the Client cancels a project after the contract is signed but before completion, the Client remains liable for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including material orders, labor, and administrative fees. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
