Established on 14 February 2019, RASHID & NOOR TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C was founded with a singular vision: to elevate the standard of technical services and interior fit-outs in Dubai. Over the years, we have evolved from a specialized technical maintenance firm into a full-scale fit-out, renovation, and construction contractor.

Located in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4, our operational hub is perfectly positioned to serve clients across the entire Emirate of Dubai—from high-rise commercial towers to exclusive luxury villa communities.
